150. The River and the Rock
What would happen if you placed a wall
in the middle of a river? Try to block it
and the river will stop, rise to the level of
the obstruction and flow easily over it.
Would that I too were just like a river
rising surely to the level of the rocks
I would meet any challenge before me in life
and then surpass any and all of the blocks
For whatever terrain I encounter
whether canyon or rocks bent on wrath
They would never affect the way to my goal
but would mean I just alter my path
Nor would I fear any precipice
nor any cliff no matter how tall
But leap self-assured that the best is to come
for water shows much beauty when it falls
And in the process of seeking my level
eventually I would reach the sea
And reunited with the source from whence I have come
I'd become the very thing I seek to be!

The Moral Of The Story:
The river rises to the level of any obstruction.
The terrain only affects the river's path, not its progress.
The river is not afraid to fall.
The river seeks the path of least resistance.
The river eventually becomes the thing it seeks.
