138. The Rules

Be clear on what you want
then take the time to set some rules
You'll build a life of dreams
if you will use these rules as tools

Don't make the rules then break them
then commence your daily whine
When others through their actions say
“These rules are yours not mine”

No, don't expect the rules to change
the things that people do
The rules are there for just one soul:
They're made for guiding YOU!


Commentary:
Decide what's acceptable and not in your life. Set your boundaries. Then let others know your rules. But know, most of all, that the most important person who needs to respect them is you!
